HuaYun Mid-Autumn Festival Gala will be taking place on: October 8th
Time: 10:15 AM – 12:15 PM
Location:Aurora Senior Center, Main Room
This year’s China National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are both very festive occasions. The event will be held at the Senior Center. We thank Aurora Municipal and Senior Center for providing us the venue each year. Aurora Huayun Association has made meticulous preparations for this event.
The following details are hereby notified:
1. Attendees are requested neatly dressed. Families are welcome.
2. The “overture” of the ball will celebrate the collective birthdays of members in the second half of the year. Cakes will be provided. Please register in a chain according to the instructions.
3. During the break, there will be a raffle with three prizes, each worth a different type of mooncake.
4. The atmosphere at the ball must be warm, courteous, and orderly.
